Position: E-Commerce Manager Role Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented E-Commerce Manager to lead, scale, and optimize our regional digital presence. In this role, you will oversee significant marketing budgets and drive robust revenue growth across all online channels. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to boost traffic, maximize conversions, and accelerate revenue growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain unified brand consistency across all online platforms.
• Evaluate performance metrics and market trends to guide growth initiatives and refine marketing campaigns.
• Bridge the gap between online and offline channels to deliver a seamless, high-quality omni-channel customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in B2C e-commerce, ideally within omni-channel retail or fast-paced digital environments.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and retention marketing.
• Prior experience operating in digitally mature markets with deep expertise in performance marketing and data analytics.
• Strong leadership abilities alongside exceptional communication and project management skills.
• Demographic Preference: Under 45 years of age.
