What they need
- Responsible for all day-to-day operations of all boutiques, including but not limited to manpower planning & control, in-store visual & display controls and maintenance, housekeeping standards of boutiques, and any other day-to-day operational issues
- Responsible for ensuring smooth operational procedures and close adherence to operations SOP by all boutiques
- Manage and process accessories and VM orders with all brands
- Ensure coordination among operations, the marketing team, and front lines to align with brand guidelines and SOP
- Ensure all boutiques are sufficiently staffed, and the duty schedules are planned properly and executed according to requirements
- Prepare memos per management instructions and send them out to shops
