Senior Operation Executive

• Store Daily Operation Support

Support daily boutique operations to ensure smooth execution and full SOP compliance.

Covering monthly package order management, distribution and ordering from HQ . Uniform changeover program, including uniform order management and distributing to store process follow up, grooming standard check.

• Monitor and support operational routine tasks, e.g., duty rosters check, OT balance. OA system support.
• Support inventory management, daily stock transfers, cycle stock take follow up and store operational processes evolution.
• Support boutique openings, renovations, closure and other retail projects. Coordinate with other functions to drive projects to smoothly completion.
• Conduct store visits and provide operational support and recommendations.
• Support 3rd party service vender processing of payments and operational‑related contracts, including contract review follow‑up, document collation, payment application submission
