Senior Operation Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

● Manageand coordinate all operational activities related to Retail Media Service, ensuring adherence to established processes and timelines.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all operational matters.

● Oversee the day-to-day operations, including but not limited to: ○ Campaign management and execution ○ Reporting and analysis ○ Quality assurance ○ Issue resolution

● Proficiently utilize various software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot, X-Lookup, Google Sheets, and Slides to analyze data, create reports, and develop presentations.

● Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

● Workcollaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

● Effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications :

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

● 5+years of operations management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role

● Proven track record in implementing operational improvements and managing complex projects

● Deepunderstanding of retail operations and the media landscape.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

● Experience with data analysis and reporting.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

● Experience in instore media or other advertising channels is a plus
