Senior Operational Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow Ensure accurate and safe dispensing and distribution of medications Monitor medication stock, storage conditions, expiry dates, and availability Support compliance with medication safety policies and quality standards Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Guide and support pharmacists and pharmacy staff in daily operations Participate in quality improvement, audits, and accreditation activities Ensure proper documentation and adherence to established pharmacy procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy with a PharmD Valid license to practice pharmacy in Lebanon Minimum 5 years of relevant hospital pharmacy experience preferably with senior or supervisory capacity Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and medication safety Good organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
