What they need

LGT Wealth Management was formed around a clear and uncompromising vision – to bring global best practice in building institutional quality investment portfolios to Australian clients.

With a shared passion for building an uncompromised business – we created something new from the ground up. A chance to leave behind the things that weren’t working, while enhancing the things that were. Our authentic and personalised client-first commitment. Our entrepreneurial spirit. Our focus in best-in-class advice. And our intimate understanding of the Australian private wealth landscape.

In 2022 we became a part of the LGT Group, who shared our entrepreneurial spirit, long-term approach and private-ownership model. Today, with the global expertise, stability, and capability of LGT behind us, we can work without being reliant on markets or margins, with a singular focus on giving our clients the advice and deep expertise they need for generations to come.

Key responsibilities

▪ Client Data Management: Maintain and update client information within core banking or internal systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards. Perform data quality checks and take corrective action as needed to address inconsistencies.
▪ Customer Enquiries: Respond to internal and external client queries relating to products, services, or account details. Provide timely and accurate information, escalating complex requests as appropriate.
▪ Documentation Review: Verify and process documentation for client onboarding, changes, or ongoing maintenance. Ensure all documents meet regulatory, policy, and quality requirements and support the wider due diligence process.
▪ Process Improvement: Support initiatives to optimise data management and customer service processes. Suggest changes and collaborate with other teams to implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
▪ Reporting and Monitoring: Assist in the preparation of regular reports relating to client data, service performance, or compliance. Monitor key indicators and report issues to management for further action.

Qualifications and skills for the job

▪ Educational background: Completed commercial or business-related education; degree or relevant certification preferred.
▪ Professional experience: Experience in customer service, administration, or client data management, preferably in a financial services environment.
▪ Track record: Proven attention to detail and reliability in maintaining client records or supporting customer processes.
▪ Technical skills: Proficient with office applications and relevant business software (eg client data management/CRM systems); strong organisational and time management skills.
▪ Language skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and the local language.

Key differentiators to S3

▪ Knowledge and Application: Applies broad and comprehensive expertise across operations processes, tools, and methodologies. Handles complex or non-standard client and data situations and adapts processes where needed within given guidelines. Shares knowledge and instructs others on core operational topics.
▪ Impact and Accountability: Develops and drives operational initiatives to improve data quality, client service, and process efficiency. Provides clear guidance to achieve own and team targets and supports medium- to long-term objectives.
▪ Job Autonomy: Works with a high level of independence, making recommendations on methods and improvements and agreeing direction with superiors. Takes ownership for implementing agreed changes and ensuring consistent application across the team.
▪ LGT Competencies: Highly skilled in all LGT competencies and frequently acts as a resource and mentor for others in the team.
▪ Typically > 10 years of relevant professional experience.
