Senior Operations & Administration Manager

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

·        Liaise with accountants/auditors, legal advisors, and government agencies for SSO, tax filings, FDA, and customs compliance.

·        Oversee import processes, shipping coordination, and document preparation for imported medical

·        Develop employee policies, KPI frameworks, and manage coordination with outsourcing partners.

·        Oversee payroll, contracts, benefits, and staff training coordination.

Finance & Accounting

·        Coordinate with external  & internal accountants to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting under Thai regulations.

Manage daily backend operations including , payroll, insurance, accounting coordination, logistics, and compliance.devices.

Event & Exhibition Management

·        Plan and execute company participation in roadshows, private workshops, and exhibitions.

·        Handle venue and organizer negotiations, vendor coordination (printing houses, media, etc.), and ensure smooth event operations.

Qualifications

·        Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, administration, or business management.

·        Strong background in the medical devices or healthcare business preferred.

·        Fluent in English & Thai is a MUST (spoken & written).

·        Proven leadership skills in Legal, FDA Compliance, finance coordination, and event management.

·        Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
