SENIOR OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE — CLOVERLEAF

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the core operations team at Cloverleaf — a vibrant, growing lifestyle destination. As Senior Operations Associate, you will help ensure the property runs smoothly, safely, and beautifully every day. You will support facility maintenance, tenant coordination, guest experience, and operational readiness — keeping Cloverleaf welcoming, efficient, and exceptional.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily Operations Execution: Support end-to-end mall operations — opening/closing routines, facility walkthroughs, safety patrols, and issue escalation
• Facility & Maintenance Oversight: Monitor building systems, common areas, and public amenities; coordinate with engineering and contractors for repairs, preventive maintenance, and urgent fixes
• Tenant & Stakeholder Support: Serve as reliable point of contact for tenants — relay updates, coordinate fit-out inspections, assist with operational concerns, and ensure smooth handovers
• Safety & Compliance: Help enforce safety protocols, security standards, and property rules; support emergency drills, incident documentation, and audit readiness
• Guest & Experience Excellence: Assist with crowd management, wayfinding, and event-day coordination; resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly activity logs, maintenance requests, inspection reports, and incident records; maintain organized operational files
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with security, engineering, leasing, and marketing teams to align on events, promotions, and property initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field
• 1–3 years experience in mall, commercial property, or building operations; lifestyle or regional mall background preferred
• Solid understanding of facility maintenance workflows, safety standards, and operational protocols
• Practical experience coordinating with contractors, tenants, and internal teams
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to stay calm in busy, fast-paced environments
• Flexible availability — willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable using digital tools for reporting and coordination
• Based in or near Quezon City; reliable commute to Cloverleaf
