Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate – Operations to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage operational activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with knowledge of incident management, SLA management, and bug triaging concepts will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth business operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Monitor, track, and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Analyze issues, identify trends, and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities.
• Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and operational processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of Bug Tracking , Bug Validation , Bug Reproduction , and Bug Triaging .
• Familiarity with JIRA , T3 , or similar issue-tracking tools.
• Understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and defect prioritization.
• Exposure to web and mobile application support is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Production Support, Application Support, Technical Support, or a related domain.

This position is expected to take ownership of operational improvements, contribute to process design, and support leadership in implementing best practices.

• Strong operations and process management skills, with experience in workflow optimization and performance tracking.

• Solid analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.

• Relevant experience in operations within recruitment, HR services, professional services, or a similar domain is preferred.
