  • Build strong relationships with Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and senior management stakeholders.
  • Monitor risk and control indicators, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate procedures, process documentation, and governance records.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and day-to-day support to junior team members, contributing to their technical and professional development.
  • Support the continued growth and stabilization of operations processes within the Warsaw hub.

Candidate Profile, Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Operations Control, Operations, or Middle Office within a brokerage, banking, or financial services environment.
  • Proven experience performing and building reconciliations across cash, positions, and transactions.
  • Strong understanding of the full trade lifecycle across asset classes such as Equities, Fixed Income, and FX.
  • Experience implementing operational controls and providing ongoing oversight of control frameworks.
  • Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel, including VBA and Power Query.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and seniority levels.

  • Interest in leveraging AI-driven tools to improve operational efficiency and reporting processes.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred; candidates with strong relevant industry experience will also be considered.

Candidates seeking to further develop their career in a globally integrated financial services environment are encouraged to apply.
