Inbound

• GRN verification, GRN submission

Outbound

• Order processing, Backlog/order revision processing, Delivery schedule preparation, Processing Sales return, Processing Credit notes.

General DC related reports

• Wastage expiry report generation, Stock report generation, WMS Transaction reports generation

KPI report & other monthly management reports

• Daily entry of Log sheets in KPI reporting sheets

Monthly billing of DC

• OT & KM confirmation, Verification of inbound details of AMLS records.

Verification of other WMS Reports

• Transaction Report for Export, Transaction Report for Import, GRN/DN Report

Export Permits

• Preparation of Documents to export to Other GCC Market. Sharing the Export documents with the MMB Supply chain team.

Import Functions

• Preparation and coordination with Supply chain and MCD on the Import / Inbound of food products & toys
• Sharing the documents with concerned team.

Fleet Inspection

• Daily Truck Inspection. Daily Truck Temperature and CTM monitoring. Log sheets verification. Inspection reporting to the Sr. Supervisor.

QA and Audit Compliance

• Daily DC Walk. Monitoring the DC temperature. Reporting of SWA compliance to the supervisor for the verification and action.

Backup of Senior Operation Supervisor

• Providing full support to Sr. Operation Supervisor in full operations. Backup and reliever for Annual leaves.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Infor WMS Knowledge
• Very Excel – Power BI is plus
• Should have a valid Driver's OMAN License
• Should have good knowledge of Import/Export in OMAN
