Senior Operations Executive

Job Summary

The Operations Sr. Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of food products to restaurants. The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics, with exposure to SAP, WMS, and TMS.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Manage warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of food products.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Picking , Packing and Dispatch the Materials as per Indent demand.
• Supervise warehouse contract/3PL staff to achieve operational efficiency.
• Utilize SAP for inventory management, order tracking, and reporting.
• Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to optimize warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with the Transportation Management System (TMS) to ensure timely deliveries.

Inventory Management

• Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize inventory turnover.
• Conduct cycle counts, physical inventory verification, ageing analysis, loading efficiency, and manpower productivity reporting.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Logistics Operations

• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of products.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and transportation providers.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Inventory accuracy
• Order fulfilment rate
• On-time delivery rate
• Warehouse capacity utilization
• Analyse operational data and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the food industry.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP, WMS, and TMS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the QSR industry.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
