As an all-rounded operator, you won't just be managing the day-to-day shipment coordination. You'll also be given the platform to learn and manage the commercial side of freight: managing your client relationships and getting commissions for the businesses you bring.

You will

• Manage end-to-end sea and air import and export shipment coordination
• Own your client relationships and develop the commercial side of your role
• Coordinate documentation, customs clearance, and delivery across all shipments
• Liaise with clients, carriers, overseas agents, and customs brokers
• Maintain accuracy and compliance across all shipments in CargoWise

You have

• 2+ years freight forwarding operations experience across sea or air
• Prior CargoWise experience
• The drive to take ownership beyond the day-to-day coordination
