Senior Operations (Import/Export) - Freight Forwarding

They're growing their Sydney team near Moorebank and looking for an Operations All-Rounder to come in, take ownership, and grow with the business.

You will

• Manage import and export operations across sea and air freight
• Coordinate LCL, FCL, and air shipments from start to finish
• Organise cartage via approved suppliers and manage delivery coordination
• Liaise with overseas agents, customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams
• Handle client communication, invoicing, and shipment documentation in CargoWise
• Support and grow export capabilities as the business continues to develop that lane

You have

• Experience in freight forwarding operations across import sea and air
• Export experience is advantageous but not essential
• CargoWise or similar software experience
