About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize the operational functions of our iGaming B2C business targeting the Bangladesh market. This role is responsible for establishing scalable operational processes, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), improving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless coordination across customer service, payments, compliance, risk management, and platform operations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the iGaming industry, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Bangladesh market, payment ecosystem, and operational best practices.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
