Senior Operations Manager

The Opportunity

Join a growing fintech at an exciting stage of expansion as it strengthens its operational capability. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for an experienced operations professional who enjoys building teams, improving services and creating scalable operational environments.

You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team and take accountability for day-to-day service delivery, performance, quality and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary operational team
• Establish service standards, processes, controls and escalation pathways
• Oversee complex case-based operations and user support
• Manage KPIs, SLAs, quality and operational performance
• Identify risks, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
• Partner across Product, Technology, Risk and Compliance
• Use operational data to drive service quality and efficiency

About You:
You’ll bring 8–10+ years’ experience in operations, service delivery, case management or financial services operations, including demonstrated people leadership.

Experience across banking, payments, fintech, complaints, disputes or regulated environments will be highly regarded.
