Senior Operations Officer

Key responsibilities

• Handle and support daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient processing.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Review and implement operational procedures and workflows to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure services are delivered accurately and on time.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and customer enquiries in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational enhancement.
• Prepare regular operational reports and support departmental projects as required.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant operational experience, preferably in financial services industry.
• Proactive, positive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and people management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with operational processes, internal controls, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
