Senior Operations Supervisor

LOTTE Global Logistics Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Supervisor to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial operational role within our Warehousing, Storage & Distribution division. As Senior Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards. This role is integral to maintaining smooth operations and supporting the strategic objectives of our logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficient execution of receiving, storage, and distribution activities
• Monitor daily warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfilment, and other-related preparation
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company operational procedures across all warehouse activities
• Manage workforce scheduling, training, and performance evaluation of warehouse team members
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and warehouse transactions
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular inspections of warehouse facilities, equipment, and storage areas to maintain optimal working conditions
• Address operational issues and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Prepare operational reports and present findings to senior management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management
• Proven supervisory experience managing warehouse teams and staff
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and logistics operations
• Proficiency in inventory control, stock management, and order processing procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making capability under pressure
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
• Computer literacy with experience in warehouse management software and MS Office applications
• Physical ability to perform duties within a warehouse environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high operational standards

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php46,000.00 per month
