Senior OPEX Engineer

Our Client:

• Joo Koon
• Up to $7,000 per month, AWS, and VB

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Drive Operational Excellence initiatives aligned with business goals, KPIs, and cost-saving targets.
• Analyze operational data to improve productivity, quality, and overall manufacturing performance.
• Coach and mentor teams on Lean Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions, as well as the digitalization team to support process optimization and automation initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, measure improvement results, and ensure compliance with Operational Excellence standards.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any relevant field
• Min 6 years experience with business process improvement, or Business Analysis in and Engineering Manufacturing environment.
• Discipline in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, A3, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and root cause analysis methodologies.
