The Verge Clinic is expanding its medical services and is seeking a highly qualified, experienced, and accomplished Ophthalmologist to join our premium clinical team.

We are seeking an established specialist with extensive clinical experience, advanced ophthalmic expertise, strong professional credentials, and a commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered eye care.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum 10 years of postgraduate clinical experience in Ophthalmology

• Valid DOH – Abu Dhabi License or DOH eligibility is required

• Recognized Specialist qualification in Ophthalmology

• Extensive experience in comprehensive ophthalmic assessment, diagnosis, and treatment

• Strong expertise in the management of anterior and posterior segment conditions, ocular diseases, and age-related eye conditions

• Advanced experience in diagnostic ophthalmology and evidence-based treatment planning

• Experience in preventive eye care, vision assessment, and long-term ocular health management

• Excellent clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and patient-management capabilities

• Strong communication skills and a professional, reassuring approach to patients

• Commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, confidentiality, and evidence-based practice

• Ability to provide a discreet, personalized, and premium patient experience

• Candidates with international board certification, fellowships, advanced subspecialty training, or experience in leading hospitals or premium private healthcare institutions are highly encouraged to apply
