We are looking for an experienced Lead Optometrist to join our Center of Vision Excellence, Worli.

Requirements

• Master's in Optometry: Minimum 5 years of experience
• Bachelor's in Optometry: Minimum 7 years of experience
• Mandatory experience in both clinical and retail optometry
• Strong expertise in refraction, comprehensive eye examination, and dispensing
• Good knowledge of progressive lenses, fitting measurements, and troubleshooting
• Excellent clinical judgement, customer handling, and communication skills
• Experience in training/mentoring optometrists will be an added advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred

Role

The Lead Optometrist will manage advanced clinical cases, ensure high standards of eye testing and dispensing, handle complex progressive requirements, mentor optometrists, and contribute to clinical excellence initiatives at the Center of Vision Excellence.
