The Benefits Package

• Competitive Salary: $82,000 – $123,000 (plus super), with your starting point transparently aligned to your professional background and experience.
• Start & Stay Bonus: Receive a $6,000 sign-on and retention bonus, structured as tiered payments based on your tenure with the team.
• Bonus Leave: Enjoy 1 week of extra bonus leave per year, which can be taken as additional time off or cashed out.

• Senior role only entails: Driving organisational excellence by managing specialised clinical portfolios across TAG locations, fostering strategic stakeholder partnerships, and ensuring high-quality, high-performance service delivery through expert process improvement, staff mentorship, and collaborative clinical governance.
