What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and maintain solutions using Oracle BRM 15.0.
- Provide production support and resolve defects/issues.
- Develop, test and deliver enhancements.
- Manage tickets, backlog and troubleshooting activities.
- Coordinate with client, onsite and technical teams.
Preferred candidate profile
- 5+ years of relevant Oracle BRM experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle BRM 15.0.
- Production support, development and troubleshooting experience.
- Good knowledge of defect/ticket management.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
