Senior Oracle Developer (HCM)

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Developer (HCM) to design, develop, and support Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions within an enterprise environment. You will play a key role in enhancing HR and Payroll systems, developing integrations, supporting business-critical applications, and delivering scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM applications, customizations, interfaces, and integrations.
• Support Oracle HRMS/HCM modules including Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, and Employee Self-Service.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, reports, workflows, and data conversion programs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and project teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement system enhancements.
• Support data migration, application upgrades, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
• Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and release management activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and support procedures.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to development standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Oracle application development and support.
• Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS/HCM modules.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher, Oracle Reports, and Forms.
• Experience developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and data migration tools.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php140,000.00 per month
