Senior Oracle SCM Functional Distribution Consultant

Company Overview

Maini Consulting is seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Oracle SCM Functional Consultant (Distribution) to lead critical supply chain distribution, order fulfillment, and logistics transformation projects.

Key Requirements & Experience Breakdown

• Total Experience: Minimum 6 years of core functional experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management.

• Module Expertise: Strong, end-to-end implementation and configuration expertise specifically focused on distribution and fulfillment operations:

• Order Management (OM) & Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle

• Order Fulfillment & Logistics (including Oracle Transportation Management / OTM and Global Trade Management / GTM)

• Inventory Management & Warehousing

• Platform Experience: Hands-on experience across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM.

• Documentation & Methodology: Proven track record in creating standard Oracle documentation artifacts, including BR100 (Application Setup Documents) and MD50 (Functional Design Documents for custom reports and interfaces).

• Testing & Quality Assurance: Hands-on experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, business process validation, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops for requirement gathering, gap-fit analysis, and business process mapping across OM, Inventory, and Logistics/OTM/GTM modules.
• Configure and deploy robust order-to-cash (O2C), pricing, shipping execution, and advanced inventory control workflows.
• Design and create functional specifications for custom reports, dashboards, and integrations (CEMLI) related to distribution workflows.
• Plan and execute comprehensive test scenarios, manage UAT sessions with key business stakeholders, and handle post-go-live hypercare and support.
