Senior Oracle Technical Consultant

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a senior-level Oracle technical professional with extensive experience in Oracle technologies and a strong understanding of technical architecture, system development, integrations, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate should have the technical depth to discuss complex Oracle solutions, evaluate technical approaches, provide expert recommendations, and guide technical teams. Candidates with experience at the Lead, Supervisor, or Manager level are preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Provide advanced technical expertise and guidance on Oracle technologies, solutions,

and platforms.

● Analyze complex Oracle technical requirements and recommend appropriate technical

solutions.

● Evaluate Oracle system architecture, integrations, customizations, and development

approaches.

● Lead technical discussions involving Oracle applications, databases, interfaces, and

related technologies.

● Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend effective solutions.

● Review technical designs, development outputs, and implementation approaches to

ensure quality and compliance with technical standards.

● Guide developers and technical consultants in resolving challenging technical problems.

● Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, architects, and other technical

stakeholders.

● Share technical knowledge, best practices, and recommendations related to Oracle

technologies.

● Provide technical assessments and insights to support project requirements and solution

decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

● Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering,

or a related field.

● Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle technologies, Oracle applications, or Oracle

technical development.

● Previous experience in a senior technical position, such as Technical Lead, Technical

Supervisor, Technical Architect, or Technical Manager.

● Strong understanding of Oracle technical architecture, integrations, customizations, and

development methodologies.

● Ability to analyze and explain complex technical concepts in depth.

● Experience leading technical discussions, reviewing technical solutions, and mentoring

technical team members.

● Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to provide technical recommendations and justify proposed solutions based on

business and system requirements.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for someone who can go beyond basic Oracle knowledge and provide in-depth technical explanations, architectural insights, and practical recommendations. The candidate should be comfortable discussing complex Oracle technical topics, evaluating solutions, and sharing expertise based on substantial hands-on experience.

Candidates at the Lead, Supervisor, Architect, or Manager level are strongly preferred.
