Location: Croydon (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Technical Support & Configuration Analyst to join a central Oracle support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, configuring and maintaining Oracle systems, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Oracle applications and systems.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Oracle environments.
• Investigate technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Support system upgrades, testing and ongoing improvements.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure reliable system performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Oracle technical or application support.
• Strong troubleshooting and configuration skills.
• Knowledge of Oracle technologies and SQL/PL/SQL is desirable.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Pattern: Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the office; Tuesday and Thursday from home.

Pay: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
