Senior Order Processing Executive (Order Fulfillment)

Our client "MAKITA POWER TOOLS (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD" is seeking a Senior Order Processing Executive to join their team!
This role is primarily focused on accurate order processing and smooth fulfilment for a leading power tools brand. The position also supports walk-in customers, while coordinating stock, deliveries, returns and communication across internal teams and logistics partners.

What you'll be doing?

• Manage order processing: Accurately process orders, applications and requests to support timely fulfilment and smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support order enquiries: Handle order-related enquiries and complaints with care, professionalism and a practical approach to resolution.
• Assist walk-in customers: Coordinate walk-in customer enquiries and requests, directing follow-up matters to the appropriate team when needed.
• Coordinate fulfilment: Liaise with logistics and internal departments on stock availability, deliveries and returns.
• Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed and up-to-date records of orders, enquiries, transactions and follow-up actions.
• Support internal communication: Share timely order updates and coordinate effectively across departments to help prevent delays and errors.

Who are they looking for?

• Preferred qualification: A Diploma qualification is preferred, while candidates with relevant capabilities are encouraged to apply.
• Order management experience: At least two years of experience in order management or order processing is required.
• Systems and accuracy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to accurate work are important for the role.
• Customer coordination: An adaptable, responsive and collaborative working style will support clear communication with walk-in customers and internal teams.
• Language proficiency: English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential for coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders; Mandarin or Chinese is an added advantage when supporting Chinese-speaking customers.
