Senior Partner Solution Engineering Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Partner Solution Engineering Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead a team focused on partner solution engineering, technology alliances, and co-engineering initiatives that support complex sales engagements. The ideal candidate will work closely with channels, alliances, product, and internal technical teams to strengthen joint solutions and improve customer outcomes. This is a highly cross-functional position with influence across partner strategy, pipeline support, and market feedback.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $180,000 – $225,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Partner Solutions Engineers
• Drive the technology alliances strategy and manage co-engineering initiatives
• Design and deliver effective solutions for complex customer problems
• Guide prospects through the sales pipeline and close deals
• Collaborate with the Channels & Alliances team to attract new clients
• Work with internal teams to strengthen capabilities and develop joint solutions
• Provide market and product feedback to inform product strategy
• Act as a technology evangelist through thought leadership activities

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading high-performing solution engineering or alliances teams
• Strong background working with System Integrators (GSIs/RSIs) and Software/Hardware Partners (ISVs/IHVs)
• Good understanding of cloud service provider architectures and collaboration practices
• Experience managing joint business initiatives and co-sell programs
• Solid knowledge of the Big Data ecosystem and modern data management principles
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, programming languages (Java/.NET/Python), and SQL
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
