Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development 60%

* Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue.

* Build and maintain relationships with:

* Travel Agencies (Online & Offline)

* Hotel Concierge & Hospitality Partners

* Banking & Credit Card Partners

* Telecommunications Companies (Telco)

* Lifestyle & Loyalty Platforms

* Corporate Partners

* Identify new business opportunities and negotiate commercial agreements.

* Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners.

* Manage partnership performance and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Delivery Business Management (40%)

* Lead relationships with food delivery platforms (GrabFood, LINE MAN, Robinhood).

* Develop promotional campaigns and pricing strategies to maximize sales.

* Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and campaign ROI.

* Optimize menu assortment, visibility, search ranking, and customer ratings on delivery platforms.

* Coordinate with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.

Business Analysis & Strategy

* Monitor partnership and delivery KPIs.

* Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports.

* Identify growth opportunities based on customer insights and market trends.

* Manage marketing budgets and partnership investments to achieve ROI targets.

Cross-functional Collaboration

* Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, CRM, and Store teams.

* Coordinate campaign launches and ensure operational readiness.
