As a Partnership Specialist / Senior Partnership Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our partnership ecosystem and creating meaningful value for both the business and our customers. By building strong relationships with partners and delivering innovative, integrated O+O (Offline + Online) programmes, you will help create win-win outcomes that drive growth, strengthen customer engagement, and ultimately put a smile on customers’ faces through rewarding experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identify, engage, and onboard strategic partners that support business growth and customer value creation.
• Develop strong relationships with partners to drive collaboration, retention, and new business opportunities.
• Leverage customer, market, and competitive insights to support partnership expansion and programme development.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of partnership initiatives using a structured and data-driven approach.
• Support CRM programme planning and execution to enhance seamless customer experiences across O+O touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maximise partnership performance and revenue opportunities.
• Analyse partnership and customer performance data to generate actionable insights and support business decisions.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in sales, account management, business development, partnerships, or related commercial functions.
• A customer-focused mindset with strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships.
• A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to execution excellence.
• Confidence in using data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Partnership Specialist position.
