Location : Cluj or any other city in Romania

The opportunity You’ll work as part of high-performing team on a broad range of clients and assignments. You’ll be encouraged and expected to take accountability and make an impact.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Review of documentation and calculations for monthly and annual tax compliance (Global Mobility Services, Personal Income Tax or international employment);
• Be involved in other tax support tasks, according to the request;
• Coordinate and support junior team members, providing guidance, coaching and technical review;
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of compliance and reporting activities in accordance with EY quality standards;
• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and support collaboration with local PAS and Tax teams;
• Participate in the transition, implementation and stabilization of new processes and clients transferred to the HUB;
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization and automation;

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics;
• Previous working experience in the industry or tax consulting/accounting firms would be a plus;
• Fluent knowledge of English language;
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Global Mobility Services, Personal Income Tax, Payroll Tax or international employment taxation;
• Experience in reviewing work prepared by junior team members;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within deadlines;
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Proactive mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
