Job Summary Lead the Pastry Kitchen with precision to deliver exceptional culinary experiences aligned with our Core Process and brand vision. This pivotal position oversees all aspects of bakery and dessert production, ensuring flawless execution from gelato to gourmet pastries. Drive innovation by aligning new product development with business needs while maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing team. Your expertise will cultivate a seamless operation that elevates guest satisfaction while fostering an environment of excellence through mentorship and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Pastry Kitchen, Bakery, and Ice Cream production
• Develop innovative dessert concepts aligned with menus and guest expectations
• Ensure all recipes are executed consistently and within cost targets
• Monitor quality control and maintain high food standards across all outlets
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for pastry items
• Supervise, train, and develop the pastry team
• Plan staffing levels based on operational demand and business needs
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and all health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Maintain proper use and basic maintenance of kitchen equipment
• Work closely with the Senior Executive Chef on menu development

Qualifications Essential

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Minimum 10+ years of overall experience in pastry, bakery, or dessert production within large-scale or 5-star hospitality operations
• 1–2 years’ experience in the same role (Senior Pastry Chef) or equivalent leadership position
• Strong planning skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication.
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Meticulous problem-solving and time-management under pressure.
• Experienced in cross-cultural collaboration within multinational teams.

Desirable

• Multilingual skills in Arabic and English proficiently, with native-level competency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
