Job Title: Senior Patent Attorney (Hybrid / Remote Option)

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute high-quality U.S. and international patent applications across complex technology sectors.
• Formulate strategic global IP portfolios aligned with client business objectives.
• Interface directly with corporate IP leaders, decision-makers, inventors, and USPTO examiners.
• Manage freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses, patent landscape studies, and IP counseling.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated patent drafting and prosecution experience.
• Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and an undergraduate/advanced degree in engineering, hard sciences, or computer science.
• Bar Admissions: Registered to practice before the USPTO and admitted to at least one State Bar in good standing.
• Proven track record in managing complex patent dockets with minimal supervision.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $250,000 – $300,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
