At ZAD & Co., we design, make and sell under one roof. Our brand JEZZA (Modest. Elegant. Empowered.) is built for women who want modest wear that fits beautifully. And great fit starts with the pattern.

We're looking for a Senior Pattern Maker to own that foundation. You'll work side by side with our design team and our in-house sewing line, so your patterns go from screen to finished garment in days, not months.

What you'll do

▸ Develop and modify patterns for dresses, blouses, co-ord sets and more

▸ Create accurate digital patterns in CAD SOFTWARE focuses specifically on 2D pattern design, 3D garment simulation, grading, and marker making for clothing and soft goods.

▸ Grade across our size range and own fit, measurements and quality

▸ Turn design sketches and tech specs into production-ready patterns

▸ Lead fit sessions and work closely with design, cutting and production

What we're looking for

▸ 5+ years of pattern-making experience

▸ Strong command of women's dresses and blouses (modest and flowing silhouettes a plus)

▸ Proficiency in CAD SOFTWARE focuses specifically on 2D pattern design, 3D garment simulation, grading, and marker making for clothing and soft goods.

▸ Solid knowledge of garment construction and fitting

▸ A sharp eye for detail and the drive to hit seasonal deadlines
