A Day in the Life

As a Senior Payroll Analyst (Australia), you will be a key expert within our HR team, ensuring our employees are compensated accurately and on time. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our payroll operations and driving process improvements. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly impact the employee experience and support our business.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Ensuring Payroll Excellence:Managing end-to-end payroll processing, from data collection and validation to final payment and reporting, ensuring precision and compliance withgroup andlocal regulations.
• Driving Process Improvement:Identifyingopportunities to enhance payrollprocessedand workflows, implementing best practices to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Being a Strategic Partner:Acting as the main point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, providing expert guidance toemployeesand collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and Finance teams.
• Maintaining Compliance & Reporting:Staying current with employment law and tax regulations, managing statutory reporting,assistingwith internal and externalaudits.

• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations, tax laws, and social security requirements(Australia).
• Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Great communicationskills, capable of explaining complex information clearly to stakeholders.
