  • Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, reconciliation procedures, controls, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee payroll information, court orders, deductions, and other financial records.
  • Ensure payroll activities are completed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and deadlines.

  • 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience preferred.
  • Candidates with 2+ years of payroll processing experience and no Oracle HCM Cloud experience will also be considered.
  • Experience processing weekly and biweekly payroll cycles.
  • Strong understanding of payroll reconciliations, payroll adjustments, off-cycle payments, and banking transactions.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data manipulation, and analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
