Senior Payroll Executive

Main Duty：

1. Responsible for annual exercises such as performance appraisal / promotion / bonus / company-wide salary income declaration.
2. Responsible for salary / pension calculation, transfer (including expatriates), and insurance administration for senior management.
3. Fill in salary-related CSR, customer/competent authority questionnaire and other information.
4. Formulate and revise payroll-related WI.
5. Other mission assigned by manager.

Qualifications and experience：

1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Labor , or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration or related field.
3. Language proficiency: English, Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
4. Salary will be determined based on the candidate's years of experience and relevant work experience.

If required, training will be arranged in Taiwan. During the training period, free accommodation, training allowance, and complimentary round-trip airfare will be provided.
