• Position: Senior Payroll Executive (Payroll Outsourcing
• Location: Orchard – Midpoint Orchard
• Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.45pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): S$4,200–S$5,200 monthly basic salary + Average 2-3 Months Performance Bonus + 14 days annual leaves + Uncapped Medical Reimbursement + Dental Benefits + Birthday Meal Reimbursement

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle monthly payroll for a portfolio of clients.
• Process salaries, allowances, deductions, CPF and other statutory contributions.
• Prepare IR8A, IR21 and other required payroll or tax submissions.
• Process government-paid leave, NS claims and related applications.
• Address clients’ payroll and HR-related enquiries promptly.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with deadlines.
• Coordinate payroll software updates and liaise with vendors when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, HR, Business or a related discipline with at least 3 years of hands-on Singapore payroll experience.
• Payroll outsourcing experience will be advantageous.
• Able to manage multiple payroll accounts and deadlines independently.
• Timesoft payroll software experience will be an advantage.
