TERA DC is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office or Johor Gelang Patah office. This full-time role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll function for the company.

What you'll be doing

1. Processing monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments
2. Managing payroll tax calculations and filings
3. Administering employee benefits, including leave entitlements, overtime and bonuses
4. Liaising with HR to maintain employee records and payroll information
5. Providing detailed payroll reports and analysis to management
6. Staying up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and regulations
7. Training and providing support to junior payroll staff

What we're looking for

1. 3-5 years' experience in a senior payroll role, preferably within a large or complex organisation
2. Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll legislation and regulations
3. Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
4. Proficient in using payroll software and spreadsheet applications
5. Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Bilingual in English amd Chinese will be an advantage
8. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
