Role We are seeking experienced Pega System Developers to join our Consumer Finance Technology team. The ideal candidates will combine technical development expertise with business analysis capabilities, providing both coding skills and requirements gathering abilities in our evolving BizDevOps environment. This role is designed for professionals who can adapt between Business Architect and System Architect responsibilities based on project needs and team requirements.

Expected competences and knowledge

• SSA Level: Minimum 3+ years of Pega development experience with strong technical foundation
• LSA Level: Minimum 5+ years of Pega development experience with proven LSA experience
• Project experience implemented in Pega infinity
• Strong Pega UI Constellation practical implementation expertise (financial sector will be an asset)
• Proficient in Pega design patterns, guardrails, and best practices
• Experience with Pega 8.x platform and Cloud environments
• Knowledge of integration approaches (REST, SOAP, MQ)
• Versatility: Flexible approach to switch between technical development and business analysis tasks
• Hands-on mentality: Enjoys coding and technical problem-solving, not just oversight
• Business-focused: Strong focus on business outcomes and stakeholder collaboration
• Collaborative: Team player who can work effectively across business and technical domains
• Adaptive: Comfortable working in BizDevOps environment with evolving practices
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with ability to influence across organizational levels
