As a Senior Pensions Administrator you will be the first line of response to Financial Adviser and client technical queries for ISAs and Pensions . Your knowledge and experience will supplement our client services, investments and transfers team, as they complete daily tasks. You will closely with; and report into the Pensions Director to ensure all pension tasks are completed daily and work to a timetable of submitting regulatory report

Requirements:

• First line of support for the team on technical queries relating to pensions and ISA
• Able to complete high volume daily pension administration tasks and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Confident to answer technical questions and queries from advisers by telephone, delivering quality responses and handling complex cases with authority
• Solid knowledge and proven ‘hands on’ experience of pension regulatory reporting
• Strong team spirit and collaborative style, working within the operations team
• Driven to improve processes, written documentation and to work with our engineering team to automate and streamline pension administration through the Fundment platform

Essential Experience

• Substantial previous experience working for a UK investment platform that offers pensions, ISA and GIA accounts
• Experience of complex pension administration including drawdown, death cases & regulator taxation payments
• The ability to translate HMRC, FCA and other regulator rules to ensure our processes are compliant
• Knowledge of how to submit HMRC Pension and ISA regular reporting including tax relief claims and annual submission
• Obtained or working towards industry qualifications with either the CII or CISI/ Level 4 qualification is desirable
