Senior Performance Analyst

• Prepare /support the company annual budget on a periodical basis or as requirement for adjusting each activity in a practical manner especially KPIs of Total Supply Chain.
• Responsible for consolidating and following up required information for completing Balance Score Card Report from multi-functions, understanding overall information in big picture and the linkage data across functions, able to drill down in-depth angle to analyse root cause of each item and identify GAPs which lead to improve efficiency and effectiveness of total Supply Chain process.
• Being as a representative team of ThaiNamthip Supply Chain with Coca-Cola Global Benchmark Team : Summarizing Total Supply Chain Result to Coca Cola Global Benchmark across the world. Also, to improve and find the opportunity of key KPIs under Total Supply Chain and to reach the Best Quartiles Range of Global Benchmark.
• Improve process both of systems and reports under Supply Chain Team by initiating project or as assigned project.

Qualification

• Background in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in performance analysis, KPI tracking, or supply chain analytics
• Strong in Excel, Power BI, and data consolidation from multiple functions
• Comfortable handling large, complex, and sometimes imperfect data sets
