About the Role

We are a fast-growing, founder-led direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand. You will be working for Nabhya Ayurveda ,one of our own Brands .We're looking for a hands-on Media Buyer to plan, run, and optimise our paid campaigns and drive profitable growth. This role is primarily focused on Meta (around 70%), with Google making up the remaining ~30% — so you should be strong on both, with Meta as your core strength. You'll own real budgets and have a direct line to the brand's growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, with Meta as the primary focus (70%) and Google (30%). ● Own day-to-day campaign management — budgets, bidding, audiences, creative testing, scaling winners, and cutting underperformers.

● Drive and improve key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversion rate. ● Build and test audiences — prospecting, retargeting, and lookalikes — and continuously optimise for efficiency.

● Brief and coordinate with the content/creative team on ad creatives (statics, videos, UGC) and test variations.

● Track performance daily and weekly, maintain reporting dashboards, and use data to guide decisions.

● Manage ad budgets responsibly and scale spend profitably, within agreed guidelines. ● Stay on top of platform updates, ad policies, and new features on Meta and Google. ● Work with the website/landing-page team to improve conversion (basic CRO awareness).

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

● 1+ year of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on both Meta Ads and Google Ads, with Meta as your stronger platform.

● Solid working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max/Shopping, Display).

● Confident with performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, conversion rate) and comfortable making data-driven decisions.

● Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel for reporting and analysis.

● Good understanding of the D2C / e-commerce funnel and performance-marketing fundamentals.

● Analytical, detail-oriented, and responsible with budgets.

Good to Have (Plus Points)

● Experience scaling a D2C / e-commerce brand profitably.

● Familiarity with Meta Pixel / Conversions API, Google Analytics (GA4), and Shopify. ● Experience briefing creatives and working closely with a content team. ● Exposure to additional channels (YouTube, influencer, or marketplace ads).
