Senior Performance Marketing Executive

We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing with strong expertise in Meta Ads, paid social media campaigns, and digital marketing performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of campaign optimization, marketing insights, ROAS, and CPA, along with good numerical and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel for performance reporting, data analysis, and budget tracking is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and other paid media campaigns to achieve business targets.
• Develop campaign strategies aligned with brand objectives, audience segments, and marketing funnels.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to improve ROAS and reduce CPA.
• Analyze marketing data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for better results.
• Review ad creatives and recommend improvements based on campaign performance.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Monitor website and social media performance to improve traffic and conversions.
• Manage client communication and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Identify growth opportunities and support the scaling of successful campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience managing performance marketing campaigns for fashion and apparel brands.
• E-commerce marketing experience, particularly in driving online sales, conversions, and customer acquisition, will be an added advantage.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
• Good understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and campaign budgeting.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and Pivot Tables.
• Experience in campaign reporting, data interpretation, and performance analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Candidates should demonstrate career stability, consistent professional growth, and meaningful contributions in previous roles.

• Achievement of assigned revenue and campaign performance targets.
• Consistent delivery against ROAS and CPA benchmarks.
