Senior Pharmacist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day operations of the retail pharmacy store.
• Dispense medicines accurately against valid prescriptions while following pharmacy guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, company SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stock accuracy, and expiry control.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines and other healthcare products.
• Support promotional activities, product visibility, and store merchandising.
• Monitor store hygiene and ensure a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
• Coordinate with store team members and support smooth daily operations.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.

Job Requirements :

• Qualification**:** D.Pharm / B.Pharm .
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail pharmacy operations preferred.
• Pharmacy License: Valid Delhi State Pharmacy Council registration/license is mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
