About The Role As a Senior PHP Developer , you will make an impact by designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and digital platforms using modern PHP frameworks and content management systems. • Develop and enhance applications, websites, and digital solutions using PHP, Drupal, Laravel, and Craft CMS.
• Participate in technical design and architecture discussions, providing recommendations on best practices and implementation approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
• Support application optimization, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Model Hybrid – This role is based in São Paulo (Morumbi), Brazil , with a hybrid work arrangement combining onsite collaboration and remote flexibility. Associates are expected to work closely with cross-functional teams while benefiting from a balanced and flexible work environment.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

• 7+ years of experience in software development with PHP.
• Strong experience with PHP frameworks and CMS platforms, including Drupal, Laravel, and Craft CMS.
• Solid understanding of web application architecture, MVC frameworks, and software design principles.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Experience with Containers/Docker.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.

These will help you stand out

• Experience with WordPress.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, SASS, Bootstrap, and MySQL.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and code-generation platforms.
• Experience within the Healthcare Payer domain.
