Senior Physical Design Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Physical Design Engineer with 4 to 9 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in chip-level floorplanning, partitioning, timing budget generation, power planning, top PnR, CTS, block integration, and ECO generation.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement physical design strategies for complex semiconductor devices.

• Perform chip-level floorplanning, partitioning, and timing budget generation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Utilize industry-standard tools and technologies for physical design implementation.

• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to physical design.

• Participate in the development of new physical design methodologies and flows.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of digital logic design principles and practices.

• Experience with physical design tools such as Synopsys ICC2, ICC, PrimeTime, and StarRC.

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Perl.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
