As a Physiotherapist, you will help clients regain mobility, function and independence so they can live life more fully. You will carry out thorough assessments, set person-centred goals together with your clients, and provide treatment and lifestyle strategies that support recovery and prevent further injury. You will be part of a collaborative team that values quality care and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan and deliver treatment for clients with a wide range of conditions and disabilities
• Set person-centred goals and track clients' progress towards them
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercise, mobility and injury prevention
• Take part in quality improvement, research and team projects
• Help roll out new initiatives, protocols and service improvements
• Train and mentor therapists, support staff and other healthcare professionals
• Make sure clinical protocols and service standards are followed
• Work with other departments to build the team's profile

Requirements:

• Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
• Fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
• Membership of the Singapore Physiotherapy Association is an advantage
• Self-driven and proactive, able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills****
