Senior / Physiotherapist [Multiple Locations | Basic + AWS + PB]

Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage patients independently, developing and implementing appropriate physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and clinical records.
• Ensure accurate billing and maintain performance statistics and service records.
• Comply with established clinical, operational, and service quality standards.
• Supervise and guide therapy assistants within the workgroup.
• Support the onboarding and induction of newly deployed physiotherapists.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to students on clinical attachments.
• Practice within professional scope and seek clinical guidance when required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Assist with or co-lead departmental and clinical improvement projects.
• Manage and maintain therapy equipment inventory and resources.
• Review, update, and contribute to clinical protocols, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Support the development, promotion, and implementation of new clinical services.
• Contribute to educational initiatives, including training programs, workshops, seminars, and professional presentations.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and professional competencies through continuous learning.

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Strong customer service orientation and patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant physiotherapy experience is preferred.
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) is an added advantage.
